Good day to you and thank you for reading my About page! My name is Jenn, I’m 46 years old, I live in Canada, and I’m the creative force behind VanIsleWhimsy! I have loved making art for most of my life, but it was only last year when I decided to double down on it. I have spent the last year learning colour (it’s so much harder than you think it would be, and I still make mistakes all the time!), playing with paints and aspect ratios, and researching and buying a printer, so I can be in charge of the quality of my prints.
Though I am not ready yet, I am planning to turn a lot of my art into greeting cards.
